  15. It's a bug (and is fixed already for 3.1). You can work around it by
  16. holding down a Shift key while choosing Show Rulers and setting the
  17. ruler measurement systems to millimetres instead of "Same As".

  26. No, and it has already been removed for version 3.1. The only reason it
  27. was going to have one is because sometimes it's hard to get the indent
  28. values correct the first time, and it's easier to click on Apply than
  29. OK and then have to reopen the requester. But since we added the indent
  30. options to the Edit palette before the release of 3.0, the Apply button
  31. wasn't really needed. It's gone now.

  44. file. Only  pictures can be left external at this time.
